As we said resource management is very thorough and whatever you have to provide for your men, in the army it has to be achieved in a real way. You don't have free helmets but you will have to have mines from which the metal is extracted, or to trade with someone who has it, to make it, you will have to have a blacksmith with a specialized blacksmith...
